Most Northern California cities have mobilized a Community Emergency Response Team made up of local volunteers and led by emergency response officials. They will gather at the CERT Regional Conference to be held on Tuesday, June 30th from 8:00am to 4:30pm at the Richmond Convention Center, 403 Civic Center Plaza, Richmond, California.
